How do I check people in?

If you plan on checking in guests using the iOS app, you can:

• Scan the QR code from the attendees ticket. To use the QR code scanner on the iOS app, navigate to the Guest List by either clicking on your event and selecting Guest List, OR clicking on the Account button, selecting Manage Your Getties, and then clicking on Guest List. You will see a list of all your attendees. On the bottom of the page you will see a Scan button. Click this and start scanning away!
• Search for the guests name or email from the Guest List page. Simply search the guests name or email address in the search bar. You can then swipe to check the guest in to the event. Swipe on someone by accident? No problem, you can also swipe to “un-check” them into the event.
  
  

If you plan on checking in guests using a laptop or mobile browser:

• Search for the guests name or email from the Guest List page. Simply search the guests name or email address in the search bar. You can then press the check mark button to check the guest in to the event.
