What happens if I don’t reach the tipping point?

If you create a crowdfunded gettie or product and don’t reach your tipping point (the minimum number of people needed), your gettie will be canceled and all temporary holds from guests payments will be lifted and returned back to them.

When a guest joins your crowdfunded or product gettie, they will have a temporary hold placed on their card/payment method to authorize that they have the necessary funds available. If your gettie reaches its tipping point, then at this point all payments are processed and charged. If the tipping point is not met, nobody is charged and the funds become available to them once the hold is removed.
